Rupert Lowe is the Independent Member of Parliament for the constituency of Great Yarmouth.
Previously, Rupert served as a Member of the European Parliament the West Midlands from 2019-2020.
From 1996-2006 and from 2008-2009, Rupert was the Chairman of Southampton Football Club.
